What does “Active user” mean?

All “unlocked” users in the account are considered as Active users. An unlocked or active user will be able to log in to the Learning Management System, access courses and assessments, view report and analytics and download certificates. In order to remain within the ‘Active User’ limit of the subscribed plan, an administrator can ‘Lock’ the excess users and their access will then be restricted.

With our flexible payment plans, you can change your subscribed number of users anytime by simply visiting your ‘Manage Account’ section in the administrator login. You will be billed as per your new plan from the next billing period onwards. In case of changes during the billing period, the revised billing will be done on pro-rata basis. What is the difference between Annual and Monthly pricing?

Annual pricing is applicable for advance payment for a one year subscription and Monthly pricing is applicable for a month-on-month subscription. With annual subscription, you can save 2 months’ subscription cost.

What is a Free Trial and How do I activate it?

We offer 15-day Free Trial during which you can create unlimited courses, assessments and upto 100 users. All features of ‘Pro’ plan are available during the Free Trial Period. Once the Trial period is over, you can subscribe for the required number of active users and continue using all features of LMS.In case you choose not to subscribe for ‘Pro’ plan, your account will be downgraded to ‘Basic’ plan and you can use limited features of LMS for Free.To Activate your Free Trial, Click Here.

Do You Charge any implementation or Setup Fee?

No, there is no set up or Implementation Fee. The Subscription charges include setup, usage and support charges.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by visiting the ‘Manage Account’ section in your administrator login. In case of sub-instances, only a super admin can cancel the subscription. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. At the end of the subscription period, your account will be downgraded to ‘Basic’ plan and you can use limited features of LMS for Free.Please Contact Us for cancellation related queries.

What happens If the subscription plan is not renewed?

If the subscription plan is not renewed, your account will be downgraded to ‘Basic’ plan and you can use limited features of LMS for Free. All users will be automatically locked and you active user license will be limited to the maximum number of users allowed in ‘Basic Plan’.Your courses and learner progress data will continue to be stored, however some reports access may not be available in Basic Plan.
